WebAuthn attestation statement format identifier (WebAuthn L2 §5.1.4).

Parsed from the fmt string of the attestation object. AttestationFormat::Unknown exists so a registration can be accepted under the documented allow_unknown_formats escape hatch while still reporting honestly that its statement was not verified.

fmt = "fido-u2f": legacy FIDO U2F attestation.

Any other fmt value (accepted only via the allow_unknown_formats escape hatch; the statement is never verified).
