Represents a none value with its associated optional type.

None values are cheap to clone.

Constructs a new NoneValue with the given type.

pub fn untyped() -> Self

Returns a cached NoneValue for Type::None (i.e., an untyped none).

This avoids repeated Arc allocations for the common case of constructing sentinel none values (e.g., in function call argument initialization).

Gets the type of the none value.
