A single provider fragment: a partial target definition. Field names are snake_case to match the fragment YAML verbatim.

Restrict to one mode ("headless" | "interactive"); omitted ⇒ both. A fragment whose mode does not match is skipped rather than rejected, so one file can carry both halves.
