超出总预算。

Overflow

金额加法溢出(u64),按 fail-closed 处理为拒绝。

InvalidAmount

金额非法(0 分)。

InvalidNonce

nonce 非法(0)。

InvalidIntent

意图字段非法(必填字段为空白等),不属于以上具体情形。

RateLimited

速率限制:滑动窗口内成功放行笔数已达上限(W-27)。

OverCategoryBudget

类目预算超限(该类目设了上限;未知类目 fail-open,不产生本原因)(W-27)。

MerchantDenied

商户在黑名单(或与白名单冲突,deny 优先)(W-27)。

MerchantNotAllowed

商户不在白名单(白名单非空时;allow 空 = 不设白名单)(W-27)。

QuietHours
