A membership credential the member chose to present (VTI-VOT-016, VTI-VOT-090): its handle in their VTA’s vault, and the DID they were told the election’s credential roll names.

credential: Option<&'a str>

membershipCredential: the vault handle (vault/credentials/query).

member_of: Option<&'a str>

memberOf: the party whose membership the read proves; the VTA presents the credential only where that party issued it.
