The VTA’s runtime rate-limit keys, each optional. Intervals are seconds per token (lower is looser), not rates. The VTA bounds them (intervals 1-3600, bursts 1-10000) and applies them without a restart.

Fields (Non-exhaustive)

Non-exhaustive structs could have additional fields added in future. Therefore, non-exhaustive structs cannot be constructed in external crates using the traditional Struct { .. } syntax; cannot be matched against without a wildcard ..; and struct update syntax will not work.
