replace_identity: bool

Allow the restore to replace a different identity this VTA already runs as. Without it a backup whose DID differs from the running one is refused — the guard against restoring the wrong file over a live agent. Disaster recovery onto a freshly set-up VTA (which has minted a DID of its own) is the case that needs it.
