TranscribeOptions

Struct TranscribeOptions

Source
#[non_exhaustive]
pub struct TranscribeOptions { pub language: Option<String>, pub translate: bool, pub timestamps: bool, }
Expand description

Options that affect a single transcription pass but not model selection.

Fields (Non-exhaustive)§

This struct is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive structs could have additional fields added in future. Therefore, non-exhaustive structs cannot be constructed in external crates using the traditional Struct { .. } syntax; cannot be matched against without a wildcard ..; and struct update syntax will not work.
§language: Option<String>

ISO 639-1 code (e.g. "en", "es") or None to let the engine auto-detect.

§translate: bool

Whether to translate the output to English (only meaningful for multilingual models; ignored otherwise).

§timestamps: bool

Whether to include per-segment timestamps in TranscriptionResult::segments.

Implementations§

Source§

impl TranscribeOptions

Source

pub const fn new( language: Option<String>, translate: bool, timestamps: bool, ) -> Self

Construct a TranscribeOptions from its three fields.

Provided because TranscribeOptions is #[non_exhaustive] and so cannot be built with a struct expression outside this crate; downstream engines and tests use this constructor to pick a non-default combination of options.
