File path (relative to repo root)

content_hash: ContentHash

SHA256 of file content

size: u64

File size in bytes

mode: u32

Unix file permissions

shard_index: u32

Index into TreeManifest.shards vec

offset: u64

Offset in decompressed shard body

length: u64

Length in decompressed shard body

lines: u32

Number of lines (0 for binary files)

shard_count: u32

Number of consecutive shards this file spans (default 1). For large files split across multiple shards, the file occupies shard_index through shard_index + shard_count - 1.
