Expand description

Decrypted commit plaintext bytes.

This newtype wraps the raw bytes returned by CommitReader::open_with_vault() and provides a typed parse() method to deserialize into a Commit. Prevents accidentally passing arbitrary Vec<u8> to parse_commit().
