NEW (Task 9, B-sched wave, ledger SC-125). Suspend::WaitFork’s resolution: every ProcessId live in the resuming process’s own fork_children at the moment it suspended has now reached Suspend::Done and been reclaimed.

WaitOrderSatisfied

NEW (Task 9, SC-125). Suspend::WaitOrder(order)’s resolution: every ProcessId in order completed, in exactly that declared order.
