Interns a class/generic-class DEFINITION symbol to a stable dense id, keyed by crate::symid::SymbolUid::uid — the same stable-key discipline [super::dedup::DefinitionTable] uses for module Definitions, kept as its own small table rather than shared with that one because the two intern different symbol kinds (Definition there, ClassType/ GenericClassDef here) and nothing requires their dense ids to share one namespace.
