Expand description
The design image’s wire format: versioned, little-endian, and
deterministic by construction (every collection is a Vec encoded in
order; nothing iterates a hash map).
Layout: magic(8) | version(u32) | body_len(u64) | body_hash(u64) | body.
The hash is FNV-1a over the body, checked on decode so a truncated or
corrupted .so section is refused loudly rather than half-run.
