Nesting of greater blocks (#+BEGIN_SRC … #+END_SRC) and dynamic blocks (#+BEGIN: clocktable … #+END:).

Manual 2.8, 12.6, 16.2. Content inside a block is literal: a line that looks like a headline or a drawer is not one.
