events/wait reply. Waiting on a generation fills generation only; waiting on an issue fills state and says whether it gave up.

generation: u64

Generation at the moment the wait returned.

state: Option<String>

Heading state, when the wait was for an issue.

timed_out: bool

True when the timeout expired before a terminal state.
