pub struct RuntimeStats {
pub step_ms: HashMap<&'static str, f32>,
pub pre_prepare_ms: HashMap<&'static str, f32>,
pub post_paint_ms: HashMap<&'static str, f32>,
}Expand description
Per-plugin timing for one runtime cycle, in milliseconds.
Each map is keyed by RuntimePlugin::type_name /
GpuPlugin::type_name and holds the wall-clock CPU time that plugin spent
in the corresponding seam this cycle. step_ms sums a plugin’s submit,
step (across every fixed sub-step), and collect calls; pre_prepare_ms
and post_paint_ms time the GPU-plugin seams. These are the only places the
renderer cannot see plugin cost, so reading them is how a host or benchmark
attributes frame time to a named plugin without the renderer’s FrameStats.
Fields§
§step_ms: HashMap<&'static str, f32>CPU ms spent in each plugin’s submit + step + collect during the
last ViewportRuntime::step.
pre_prepare_ms: HashMap<&'static str, f32>CPU ms spent in each GPU plugin’s pre_prepare during the last
ViewportRuntime::pre_prepare.
post_paint_ms: HashMap<&'static str, f32>CPU ms spent in each GPU plugin’s post_paint during the last
ViewportRuntime::post_paint.
