Options controlling recursive removal.

The continue_on_error/retries behavior was previously hardcoded in the NFS backend; exposing it lets callers choose GNU rm -r semantics (delete as much as possible, report the first error) or fail fast. Backends using the generic remover support only the default options and reject others.

Fields

continue_on_error: bool

Keep removing after a per-entry failure and report the first error at the end. When false, the first failure aborts.

batch: usize

Maximum batch size for vectorized removals; 0 lets the backend learn a safe size from useful work, starting at a conservative default.

retries: u32

Bounded retries for retryable per-entry statuses.
