Expand description

Outcome of WorkspaceRegistry::load.

Separates the “file was missing” case (Req 6.2 — no file to read yet) from a successful parse so callers can decide whether to prompt for setup.

Loaded(WorkspaceRegistry)

Registry parsed successfully from the given path.

§

NotFound(WorkspaceRegistry)

Registry file did not exist; an empty registry is returned so callers can proceed with zero workspaces while optionally prompting for setup.
