Per-(category, image) IoU matrices retained from a
crate::evaluate_with pass when the caller passed
crate::EvaluateParams::retain_iou = true.
Keyed by (k, i) (not (k, a, i)): IoU is geometry-only, so the
same matrix serves every area range. The streaming evaluator
preserves the same key shape so its retention store and the batch
path stay drop-in compatible.
