disambiguate untagged: a string parses as Self::Compressed, a
number array as Self::Uncompressed.

Compressed(String)
Compressed 6-bit char string per ADR-0002 / quirk G1–G3.
Uncompressed(Arc<[u32]>)
Raw run-length array. Stored as [Arc<[u32]>] so the
dataset-cached value can be cloned cheaply into the per-eval
Rle without an O(N) memcpy.
