EXPLAIN output with optional ANALYZE stats and cost model metadata.

Fields§

§plan: QueryPlan

The query plan.

§actual_stats: Option<ActualStats>

Actual execution statistics (only with ANALYZE).

§node_stats: Vec<NodeStats>

Per-node execution statistics (only with ANALYZE).

§cost_factors: Option<OperationCostFactors>

Effective cost factors used for this plan. None when EXPLAIN is called without ANALYZE.

§calibration_source: Option<String>

Calibration source: "histogram" if calibrated, "default" otherwise. None when EXPLAIN is called without ANALYZE.

§feedback_calibration: Option<FeedbackCalibration>

Runtime CBO calibration from the EMA feedback loop (issue #469 Phase 2).

Present only in EXPLAIN ANALYZE output once the feedback loop is warm (≥ 10 vector query samples on this collection).

Attaches CBO feedback calibration (issue #469 Phase 2).

Populates feedback_calibration with the EMA-adjusted ms_per_cost_unit and the sample count from the feedback loop. Call this after with_stats when the collection’s QueryPlanner has accumulated enough samples for a stable EMA.

pub fn with_cost_metadata(self, stats: &CoreCollectionStats) -> Self

Populates cost factors and calibration source from collection stats.

If calibrated_cost_factors is Some in the stats, uses those factors and sets calibration_source to "histogram". Otherwise, uses the default factors and sets calibration_source to "default".
