Variants§

Keychain

The OS keychain: Keychain on macOS, Credential Manager on Windows, Secret Service (GNOME Keyring, KWallet) on Linux.

Fields

§service: String

The item’s service name, which the OS shows when it asks for access.

§account: String

The item’s account name.

§

File(PathBuf)

A file holding the key, for servers and containers. Created with owner-only permissions if missing.
