One message as the policy engine reads it: the identity, author, channel and text a rule needs to cite what it convicted on.

Fields

id: String

The inner rumor id, hex — a chunk-set wire event carries many messages, so only this names one.

npub: String

channel_id: String

Channel eid hex, so an exempt channel can be excluded by id.

at_ms: u64

Milliseconds: the engine clamps and orders on inner time.

text: String

mentions: u32

p-tags on the message — the only thing that counts as a mention.
