[usage.quota] — live quota-panel preferences.

Fields

panels: Vec<String>

Which live quota panels to show in the usage TUI (by provider name: claude / codex / copilot / cursor / grok). An empty list hides every quota card; the Provider Usage pane has its own p toggle.

refresh_interval: u64

Seconds between live quota-panel polls, shared by every provider (minimum 1). Higher is safer against a provider’s rate limits.
