Fetch stamp, epoch ms.

title: Option<&'a str>

Title, if extracted.

snippet: Option<&'a str>

Distilled snippet (≤ ~180 chars by convention).

etag: Option<&'a str>

Entity tag from the fetch, for conditional revalidation.

pinned: bool

Exempt from eviction sweeps.
