Parsed directory of a validated base file: the header plus each section’s byte range. Holds offsets, not borrows, so the owner can keep it alongside the mmap it describes.

Validate bytes end to end (container checksums, then every record invariant the zero-copy accessors rely on) and return the directory. This is the fuzz entry point: any byte string must produce Ok, Error::Format or Error::Version, never a panic.

The bytes of section kind (empty when absent), O(1).
