The result of scheduling a project

Fields§

§tasks: HashMap<TaskId, ScheduledTask>

Scheduled tasks indexed by ID

§critical_path: Vec<TaskId>

Tasks on the critical path

§project_duration: Duration

Total project duration

§project_end: NaiveDate

Project end date

§total_cost: Option<Money>

Total project cost (concrete resources only)

§total_cost_range: Option<CostRange>

RFC-0001: Total cost range (includes abstract profile assignments)

§project_progress: u8

Overall project progress (0-100), weighted by task duration

§project_baseline_finish: NaiveDate

Project baseline finish date (max of all baseline_finish)

§project_forecast_finish: NaiveDate

Project forecast finish date (max of all forecast_finish)

§project_variance_days: i64

Project-level variance in calendar days (forecast - baseline)

§planned_value: u8

Planned Value at status date (0-100), weighted % of baseline work due

§earned_value: u8

Earned Value (same as project_progress, 0-100)
