Crate user_startup

add_item: Add a new startup command.
exec: Execute a command and log itself.
extract_name_from_cmd: Extract the script name from a command.
find_writable_path: Find a writable path for a startup command. Because the command may be not unique, it will try to find the first available filename like this:
get_items_list: Get a list of startup commands.
open_config_folder: Open the startup folder.
read_first_line: Read the first not-empty line of a file.
remove_items: Remove startup commands.
