Expand description

A session’s completed record commit usable after the caller classifies its changes as data-only. A provider with cache generations also certifies that catalog, registry, graph and storage-schema generations stayed unchanged. Providers without those generations rely on the caller’s classification. This is commit evidence, not a read of the latest database state.
