Expand description

A mesh as stored, in Unity’s frame.

Fields§

§name: String

m_Name.

§vertex_count: usize

How many vertices the mesh has.

§channels: [Option<Channel>; 12]

By shader channel (see CHANNELS); the blend weights and indices are in UnityMeshData::skin.

§skin: Option<MeshSkin>

The mesh’s skin: its blend weights and indices with the bind poses; None for a mesh without blend data.

§compressed: bool

Whether the vertices were stored as a CompressedMesh (bit-packed) rather than as vertex streams.

§shapes: Option<MeshShapes>

The mesh’s blend shapes; None for a mesh without any.

§indices: Vec<u32>

The index buffer, decoded.

§index_size: u32

The width in bytes of an index in the stored index buffer (2 or 4), which a submesh’s first_byte counts in; indices holds them widened to u32.

§submeshes: Vec<SubMesh>

The submeshes, in order.

Implementations§

Source§

impl UnityMeshData

Source

pub fn read(player: &Player, r: &ObjRef) -> Result<Self>

Decode the Mesh object r of player (its vertex data in the mesh or streamed beside its file).
