One frame of a blend shape (m_Shapes.shapes, its fullWeights entry): the weight it is at, its entries (count from first in MeshShapes::vertices) and whether they carry normal and tangent deltas.

The weight the frame is at (fullWeights).

first: usize

Index of the frame’s first entry in MeshShapes::vertices.

count: usize

How many entries the frame has.

normals: bool

Whether the entries carry normal deltas (hasNormals).

tangents: bool

Whether the entries carry tangent deltas (hasTangents).
