Expand description

What differs between source dialects at the AST-to-IR step.

Fields§

§name: &'static str§dialect: fn() -> Box<dyn Dialect>§fold_quoted: bool

Quoted identifiers are case-insensitive too (SQLite): fold everything to lower case.

§nulls_smallest: bool

NULL sorts as the smallest value (SQLite) rather than the largest (PostgreSQL).

§question_placeholders: bool

Parameters: $n (PostgreSQL) or ?, ?n, :name, @name, $name (SQLite).

§like_ci_default: bool

LIKE is case-insensitive by default (SQLite, ASCII only).

§like_default_escape: bool

LIKE has a default escape character (PostgreSQL: backslash); otherwise none.

§negative_limit_unlimited: bool

A negative LIMIT means no limit (SQLite).
