One entry inside an Item::Notes block. Mirrors the structure of an ELF note (Elf64_Nhdr + name + desc, each padded to a 4-byte boundary).

Fields

note_type: u32

Note type (NT_GNU_PROPERTY_TYPE_0, NT_GNU_BUILD_ID, …).

name: String

Owner string ("GNU" for GNU notes, etc.). Encoded with a trailing NUL byte then padded to a 4-byte boundary.

desc: Vec<u8>

Descriptor bytes — opaque payload, padded to a 4-byte boundary on emit.
