pub enum TransformError {
NonPositiveData,
NonFiniteData,
InsufficientData,
InvalidTransform,
InvalidInverse,
InvalidLambdaRange,
}Expand description
Errors that can arise from Box-Cox transformations.
Variants§
NonPositiveData
Box-Cox requires all y > 0.
NonFiniteData
Data contains NaN or an infinity.
InsufficientData
Need at least 2 data points.
InvalidTransform
The forward transformation produced non-finite values (y^λ beyond
the range of f64, or a non-finite λ).
InvalidInverse
Inverse transformation produced non-finite values.
InvalidLambdaRange
The λ search range is empty or not finite (lambda_min >= lambda_max).
