Struct Periodogram

Source
pub struct Periodogram {
    pub n: usize,
    pub padded_len: usize,
    pub power: Vec<f64>,
    pub frequency: Vec<f64>,
}
Expand description

Periodogram of a linearly detrended, zero-padded series.

Fields§

§n: usize

Number of observations.

§padded_len: usize

Padded transform length: the power of two at least 4 n.

§power: Vec<f64>

Power |X_k|² / n at bins k = 1..=padded_len/2; power[i] is bin i + 1.

§frequency: Vec<f64>

Frequency of each bin in cycles per observation, k / padded_len.

Implementations§

Source§

impl Periodogram

Source

pub fn period_of_bin(&self, k: usize) -> f64

Period, in observations, of bin k (1-based): padded_len / k.

Source

pub fn peak_bin(&self) -> Option<usize>

Bin (1-based) of the largest ordinate, or None for an all-zero periodogram.
