Expand description

Confidence intervals for the capability indices – see CapabilityIndices::intervals.

An index’s interval is None when the index is, and the short-term pair (cp, cpk) is None unless the degrees of freedom of the within sigma were given: they depend on how that sigma was estimated, which the indices do not record.

Fields§

§confidence: f64

Confidence level of every interval, in (0, 1).

§cp: Option<ConfidenceInterval>

Cp, from the chi-square distribution of the within variance.

§cpk: Option<ConfidenceInterval>

Cpk, by Bissell’s normal approximation.

§pp: Option<ConfidenceInterval>

Pp, from the chi-square distribution of the sample variance (n - 1 df).

§ppk: Option<ConfidenceInterval>

Ppk, by Bissell’s normal approximation (n - 1 df).
