Controls runtime caching behaviour for pipelines.

Note: Caching is disabled by default. Enable it via:

  • PipelineBuilder::enable_shaping_cache(true) and/or
  • PipelineBuilder::enable_glyph_cache(true)
  • Or globally via cache_config::set_caching_enabled(true)
