A Connector that uses the TestConn
Generally you'll pre-fill the 'read' buffers via connector.conn.write_data() and then clone the TestConnector and give a copy to the AsyncRunner
Once the AsyncRunner has written to the TestConn. You can read what was written via the TestConn::read_all_lines method.
