R574-T4: watermark-staleness snapshot for RPO drift alerting, computed fresh on every tail_frames call against StreamConfig::rpo_target.

Fields§

§target: Option<Duration>

The stated bound from StreamConfig::rpo_target, echoed back for convenience (so a caller reading only the outcome still knows what was being enforced).

§watermark_age: Option<Duration>

Elapsed time since the watermark last durably advanced, measured at the start of this call. None when the sink has never persisted a watermark — there is nothing yet to measure staleness against.

§breached: bool

true when both target and watermark_age are set and watermark_age > target — the RPO bound is breached and an orchestrator should alert. Always false when no target is configured.
