Fields

id: ConversationId

Identifier.

account_id: AccountId

Owning tenant.

created_at: DateTime<Utc>

Creation time, supplied by the caller.

metadata: Value

Application-defined metadata (title, channel, external ids…). Never interpreted by the library.
