Variants (Non-exhaustive)

Several authorized records matched, and picking one is never allowed (I8).

MissingTarget

The token was issued this turn and the record no longer exists.

UnauthorizedTarget

Unknown token, or another tenant’s.

StaleTarget

The record moved past the revision the token was issued at.

ConfirmationRequired

Policy required a confirmation the turn did not have.

DomainRejected

The domain refused it deterministically.
