Whether a fact is about the turn in hand or about the room it happens in.

Every record open in the account has outstanding fields, and the writer needs to know them, but only the ones of the case the turn is about are what it asks next. A mark, not a filter: the writing stage asks for the first open obligation, so Self::ThisTurn sorts first and the order is load-bearing.
