Payload for the dispatcher.

Idempotency key forwarded to the external system.

status: OutboxStatus

Current status.

attempt_count: u32

Attempts made so far.

next_attempt_at: Option<DateTime<Utc>>

Earliest next attempt.

created_at: DateTime<Utc>

Creation time.

completed_at: Option<DateTime<Utc>>

Completion time.
