Represents the OSI layer at which the TUN interface operates.

• L2: Data Link Layer (available on Windows, Linux, and FreeBSD; used for TAP interfaces).
• L3: Network Layer (default for TUN interfaces).

Variants (Non-exhaustive)

Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.
