source: Option<String>

URL to fetch team policies from. Supports https:// URLs pointing to a TOML file. Example: “https://raw.githubusercontent.com/org/policies/main/audex-policies.toml”

cache_ttl: Option<u64>

Cache TTL in seconds (default: 3600 = 1 hour)
