Expand description

One real telemetry reading for a single device.

The embedder is responsible for obtaining these numbers (NVML, ROCm SMI, nvidia-smi, a cluster metrics endpoint, …) and feeding them in with EnhancedDistributedTrainer::record_gpu_telemetry.

Fields§

§utilization: f32

Device utilization as a fraction in [0, 1].

§memory_usage: f32

Fraction of device memory in use, in [0, 1].

§temperature_celsius: f32

Device temperature in degrees Celsius.

§communication_bandwidth_mb_s: f32

Achieved interconnect bandwidth in MB/s.
