A radio heard on a call, and what its transmission said of itself: P25’s service options (from the grant, link control and Phase 2’s voice channel user messages), or the flags other protocols have.

time: f64

Unix seconds it was first heard on the call.

emergency: bool

encrypted: bool

duplex: bool

Full duplex (half otherwise).

packet: bool

Packet mode (circuit otherwise).

priority: u8

1 lowest, 4 the default, 7 highest; 0 not given.
