ConnectionEventBuilder

Struct ConnectionEventBuilder

Source
pub struct ConnectionEventBuilder { /* private fields */ }
Expand description

Builder for constructing connection events.

Events are automatically sent when the builder is dropped, or can be explicitly sent with finish().

Implementations§

Source§

impl ConnectionEventBuilder

Source

pub fn user(self, user_id: impl Into<String>) -> Self

Set the user ID.

Source

pub fn auth_failed(self) -> Self

Set authentication as failed.

Source

pub fn target( self, host: impl Into<String>, port: u16, target_type: TargetType, ) -> Self

Set the target information.

Source

pub fn sni(self, sni: impl Into<String>) -> Self

Set the SNI (Server Name Indication).

Source

pub fn protocol(self, protocol: Protocol) -> Self

Set the protocol type.

Source

pub fn transport(self, transport: Transport) -> Self

Set the transport type.

Source

pub fn fallback(self) -> Self

Mark as fallback connection.

Source

pub fn geo(self, result: GeoResult, precision: &str) -> Self

Set GeoIP fields based on lookup result and privacy precision.

Precision levels:

  • "city": fill all geo fields (country, region, city, ASN, org, lat/lon)
  • "country": fill only country code
  • "none" or other: no-op
Source

pub fn add_bytes(&mut self, sent: u64, recv: u64)

Add bytes to the traffic counters.

Source

pub fn add_packets(&mut self, sent: u64, recv: u64)

Add packets to the packet counters (for UDP).

Source

pub fn event_mut(&mut self) -> &mut ConnectionEvent

Get a mutable reference to the event for direct modification.

Source

pub fn finish(self, close_reason: CloseReason)

Finish and send the event with the given close reason.
