Load(String)

A load "<path>" needs resolving: the path is new to the buffer, or the order of the load lines changed and with it which file wins a name.

This crate does no I/O, so it cannot see a loaded file change on disk; a consumer watching the file raises this same delta for that case (§9.2).

Unload(String)

A load line left the buffer, so its definitions go with it.
