Returned by AgentHook::before_tool_execute to allow or block a tool execution.

Continue

Allow the tool to execute normally.

§

Block(String)

Block the tool execution with the given reason.

The reason string is returned to the LLM as the tool result, allowing it to adapt its behavior.
